MBS Premier Holdings is a private holding company based in the United States, dedicated to establishing, managing and developing a portfolio of independent ventures in art, fashion and creative experiences. The Group combines artistic vision with strategic planning to build ventures with a clear identity and foundations that support their growth and continuity.
The Group’s role centres on developing ideas into structured ventures, from shaping the concept and defining the business model to building partnerships and supporting launch and development. Its priorities reflect the nature, needs and stage of growth of each venture.
Each venture retains its own identity, voice and audience, supported by the Group’s strategic direction and shared expertise. This model allows ventures to develop their own character within a framework that combines creative independence with disciplined management, while maintaining coherence across MBSPH’s activities and overall direction.

Founder & CEO
Maria Bella
Maria Bella is the Founder and CEO of MBS Premier Holdings, a holding company she established to develop and manage a portfolio of independent ventures in art, fashion and creative experiences. Her professional activities also include independent fashion design and the management of private collections and rare artworks.
Maria has a diverse professional background spanning business development, agreement coordination, and the building of partnerships and business relationships. Through her involvement in her family’s businesses in the United States, across fashion and the trade and distribution of consumer products, she gained experience coordinating with partners and external parties, following up on agreements, and maintaining business relationships across markets. Her professional experience also includes work in Malaysia’s tourism and hospitality sector.
Maria began her humanitarian work at the age of fourteen, leading volunteer initiatives launched with the approval and supervision of a relief organization affiliated with her family. These initiatives aimed to engage young people in community service, with a focus on supporting children and older people.
In 2011, her parents founded and led a nonprofit organization, and Maria was part of its founding team from the earliest stages. After turning eighteen, she was formally recognized as a founding member of the organization, and she continues to contribute to its work and activities today.
